i was almost planning to blog another long entry.
thinking that i have no pictures for the last 2 post
and the my just last post was damn long...
imma gonna bore readers out of their mind!

but wait... while touching my iphone...
i remembered, i took some pictures yesterday!!

so i'm gonna start blogging about the pictures first.
i have the intention to blog about...
wat i've been trying to figure out the whole day.
something that has been bugging me since i started and

Pictures first.

Oh wells. baby managed to end work slighty earlier than usual ytd.
in fact. ytd and the day before
which is, Tuesday and Wednesday.
i totally did not mention anything about Tuesday...
cos i didn't take pictures.
and we ate at Sake Sushi. Urm.
nothing special. haha.

so back to yesterday.
we met up at AMK.
oh i was walking around in NTUC AIMLESSLY
while waiting for him to reach.
and guessed wat???
while walking.. i heard (in a soft tone):

"What are you doing here Weili?"

it took me about 2-3 seconds to digest the fact that it's my name.
i turned around... and oh. it's someone whom i've not seen for 5 yrs at least.
Sir Badrul.
He was my band instructor during my secondary (PRIME) school days.
you know how much fun band is?
i love band life. and sadly miss it much...

Haha. anyways, the way he called out to me just sounded like he was having a conversation with someone else beside him!
we randomly exchanged a few greetings and how'ya-doing.
and i excused myself shortly.

the same old me.
always find it awkard to start a conversation
besides, i think i saw his wife trying to talk to him.
haha.
he looks the same. cept for some white hair sprouting out alrdy.
and. yes. a lil' bit aged, weary, worn-out?

alright nevermind that.
i was travelling back time in the mind...
anyway, met up with baby.
showed him the mochi ice cream that he might like.
then we proceeded for dinner...

we're kinda lost. duno where to have dinner.
so we ended up with MOF!

not the first time. but definitely, not the last!

baby had mango smoothie i think.
and it's ... erm. so so only.
baby commented that they added a lil' too much milk.
so it kinda ruin the mango taste.

i guess i ended up as the happy and satisfied gal!

and we went on to NTUC to buy the mochi ice cream before heading home.
lucky us. Last box of the flavor we wanted left.
Weeeeeeeeeeee....

okays. i think it's time to go.
cos i needa go home alrdy.

I spent half the day doing something I haven been doing for a long time.
Blog reading.
Not to any friends' blog but to yes, the infamously famous Xiaxue's.

i randomly recalled that i used to read her blog.
until i got sick of, not her postings but all the advertorials.
i enjoy reading her blog on her encounters, events, activities, rantings etc.
but not much for adverts.
cos most of them are on cosmetics. and me, being me,
ain't any fan of cosmetcis.
even till this age.
I hate makeup. haha.


Was actually reading through her archive entries all the way to 2003.
Can you beleive it? 2003!
and that's like the year i actually started blogging?
really wholesome WOW. haha.
can't believe my blog is 7 yrs old.
anyway, the point is, i came across something she said that i have to agree big time.

I quote (from Xiaxue's blog, 2003):

"A blog is an online diary. It is not a website with a distinct purpose for a defined target audience."

Strongly agree.
somehow, after reading this,
i can't help but feel that blogging now
differs much from the past.
i have no idea if it's the age or wat.
you tend to worry more?

my blog is no longer a personal space i can fully vent my frustrations.
seems like most of the time i have to watch wat i say.
even now.
it's pretty much of a contraversial thought.
on one hand you would love to have people reading your blog.
but on the others, you secretly hope that you won't get confronted/into trouble with your entries.

it's so hard to say what you really wanna say nowadays.
kenny boy suggested i lock some of my entries.
i have no idea if blogger allows.
but even if it does, there will be ppl coming to you asking for password to read ur entry.

to tell the truth, i have no qualms about ppl reading my blog.
but. but. it's hard when wat you posted get out of hand.
and do i have to always resort to posting in a foreign language?
it's not the best/safest way out either.

i resorted to using twitter.
but somehow... it failed.
personal space was being intruded too.
wat was not meant to be for was 'shared'
bah.

i don't know. i think everyone should really have their own personal space.
and for ppl like me who is not good at expressing myself,
typing it out makes me feel better.
it's not like always u can say your feelings out.
don't you agree?

I also quote (from Xiaxue's blog 2003):

"The entries should be light-hearted and with vivid descriptions of the author's life and views, isn't that a blog is supposed to be?"

After reading these, i somewhat/somehow felt that...
the 'passion' that i had initially for blogging was gone.
i blog, for the sake of blogging?
kinda contradicting again. but nevermind.
i'll jus blog wat i want to now.

Readers out there. i don't how many do i have.
or rather do i have any at all
based on the fact that my tagboard is dead.
do you agree on the above?

over the years, my blogging style has changed.
but nevertheless, i heart the fact that i still have a blog
for me to 'pen' down all MOST of my thoughts.
i can't say for sure that my heartfelt thoughts are all here.
based on the fact that i don't normally on the comp when i'm home.
and many a times, all the thinking jus slip the mind the moment you are home.
it sucks.
and they come back to you at the most unexpected time of the day.
e.g. peeing, showering, eating, shytting..
sucky ain't it?
but as far as i'm concern, i'll try my best to.
by blogging an entry each working day, as long as i'm in office.
i appreciate a lil' encouragement, feedbacks, comments at times.
afterall, i am only human.

Wat a busy night last nite?

not really busy. but i felt busy.
it rained when it's was time to go home.
my shoe got dirty dirt.
train was crowded and stuffy.
i held a tissue (from cleaning ma shoe) all the way
from Macpherson MRT to AMK...
had one helluva bus ride home
it was crowded.
worse was when u went up the bus, walk to the end,
u saw this couple's face.
they walk past you in the queue!

THEY LITERALLY JUS CUT Q!!!
omg. they are not young couples, kids, teens etc.
they are middle going snr adults!
gosh.

thinking of this. i jus got reminded of how this mother talked to the son.
i can't remember where was i. but some shopping mall.
the mum told her son aloud.
not jus aloud. it's shouting loud.
'ZUO REN YAO JIA JIA!'
literally measns, your actions/how you treat others do not come from your heart.
you have to be 'fake'.
omg. i really have no idea what would the kid turn into in future.
tsk tsk.

back to the bus ride.
there were at least 3 kids on the bus.
mums were sitting next to them. but none.
i repeat, NONE. was holding their kids down except for one.
so the kids scream, yell, beat mum, shake legs
anyhow on the bus. and let's recall, it's CROWDED BUS.
gosh. is this how u teach your kids to behave in public?

it's no wonder more and more young ppl find kids irritating
and wat more, irritating.
and that's where all the social problems come about.
sighs.

back to busy night.
pack food home, didn't get to eat right away.
clean up fluffy's mess.
fed the fishes.
found out boy's mess. gosh.
disgusting.
did laundry then finally get to eat.
after that was dry up laundry time.
then get to shower, fold clothes...
rush out.
BAH. felt so busy!

hopefully i get rest tonite.

oh wells...

Friday.. was a nothing much night.
typical weekday night.
nothing special. no go anyway.
dinner was a can of campbell soup.
baby worked late... reached home about 9.30pm :(

he had instant noodles. and my soup was already finished.

Saturday... supposed to be doing design.
i tried. and tried. but somehow, i can't seems to be getting anything out.
felt lost. and... attack of the headache again.
it's like for the 2nd week i get headache from doing design.
DUHS.
was waiting for baby till hmm hmm..
late evening. probably 7 plus or 8 plus?
washed up.
went for Fiona's daughter's 1 yr old bday bbq.
it was a wet night.
we're suppose to go fishing after that.
due to bad weather, it was called off. BOOS.

baby brought me to Beach club, where we were supposed to be fishing at.
first time going there.
didn't even know such a place existed.
oh wells. life is full of discoveries!

went home shortly after. rested. relaxed and slpt.
woke up pretty early on sunday.

Went for lunch and then off to baby's place to pick up his brother's car.
borrowed to fetch his fren and parents.
went to Qian Hu Fish Farm once again.
but... i did something that made me laugh...

my first time and i'm being sucked by big fish. haha.

well it was ticklish at first. but shortly... got used to it.
cool. and relaxing too.
initially i was still thinking about the fish bite i've gotten from Redang.
i was still pretty scared. but after tat.
all is fine. hehe. the fishes here...
dun bite from the sucking.

after that... we did something...
we bought fishy tank and 2 gold fishes!



the whole fish tank with the light and filter, minus color stones and deco
cost only $29!
cheap. so we bought.

and goldie fishy... baby chose the white one.
while i chose the orangie one...
so pretty... haha.

well... we went home after getting the fishes.

got a call from keke.
and off we go to Happy Prawning again. <3
and yesterday, the catch was pretty good!
we only prawned for 1.5 hours but it's really not bad.
though i haven counted the no. of prawnies.
we still have 1 hr 25 mins time left over...

Prawning. Prawning. it's days like this where makes me feel good. <3

Friday already.

Yesterday, after work..
baby and i went to get new helmets for ourselves.
yay.
and yes, it's like FINALLY.

i've been bugging him about changing the helmet since i duno how many heads have worn that. and it's old enough already.
time to change!
especially now, he fetches me more. *evil*
i should have a personal helmet! haha.

anyway, have forgotten to take picture of the helmets.
it was too dark luh.
changed my visor to tinted rainbow.
helmets were both matt black <3

we went to City Sqaure Mall for dinner at the Japanes food street.
Went home relax, and went for short rounding session.
since baby washed his bike, reflectively clean.
Yes, u read me no wrong. REFLECTIVE. haha
discovered a 'new' place at yishun...

got home past 12.
zonk out. . .
tomorrow's going to be fishing... hmmm.. hmm...

my apologies, was on mc yesterday.

really been restless.
needed heavy rest.
anyways, we paid a visit to the long-time-no-see, Uncle Tony.
One pretty nice eating place in Hougang Green.

Really not overly creamy, lots of mushroom bits.

We tried their special fries.
not jus spicy, there's a lil' salt in it.
totally not like the typical spicy fries, less salt.
not bad. the fries are also pretty munchy...

my virgin try on SQUID INK PASTA.
had really been wanting to try since i heard about this dish on tv.
i've heard lotsa reviews/feedback that if it's not well cooked, it's awful.

so... a bet! Uncle Tony, i have faith in you.


Alas, the food was served nicely but i forgot to take picture before i tossed it.

and taste: DOPE. no weird taste. but downside:


BLACK LIPS! LOL. yeah.
but nevertheless. it's a good try.

Première fois que je suis blogging dans une langue étrangère.
J'ai trouvé ce très intéressant. Kinda empêcher les gens de comprendre grand-chose si elles sont vraiment curieux.

Partage avec Pam Pam hier combien je l'aime actuelle par rapport à l'autre semblable.

Raison d'être? Design.
Et me sentais un lil 'aigre du fait que ... Moi aussi, je fait ma part dans le partage présente pour les autres et à un coût plus élevé.
Mais pourquoi le traitement injuste?
En regardant l'étiquette de prix de la présente, mine comme ça alors.
Sucha énorme différence de copain.
Kinda déçus grand moment particulier lil 'gal n'arrêtait pas de dire que je vais l'aimer.

Même discussion avec mon pote, nous avons convenu qu'il existe de meilleures conceptions là-bas.

Saturday...
was a laundry day as usual.
after laundry waited for baby to be back.
and get ready for dinner in the early evening with ma party people...!
dinner was at Mellben seafood.

and off to boiler at night.

Sunday was a wake up late day.
slack alot day.
groceries shopping day.
dinner and prawning (again!) night.

yeah. this pretty much come to a conclusion for me on hitting...
