Sat and Sun were purely resting and nua-ing at home for me.
Monday after work, met up with sista for dinner.
We had our usual - Steamboat at PP.
Went walk around after dinner and she came over to collect stuff from mum afterthat.

Typical working day.
Nothing much.

That's yesterday!
24 Sep 08. Jen's Bday eve.
After work, went to Central to meet sista.
Eh... She was buying something at Vivo.
So i'm like kinda, E-A-R-L-Y. I reached at 7.15s
I ended up shopping. OMG.
I shouldn't really be.
But i really need new shoes.
My previous pair already got holes!
I don't dare to wear to work.
Left with the current pair, which i guess...
will have holes soon...

I bought 2 pairs...


Flats. Puuuur-fect for working wear.


Heels. PERFECT! for the coming weddings!

Well, of course after buying, i felt the pinch.
I'm financially STRAPPED!
Hope sista ain't pissed wif me for spending.

Anyways, i was walkin and walkin around central.
Till 8s... when they finally arrived.
We went over to Riverside Point.
Supposedly, dinner was the Indonesian Restaurant.
But it was nowhere in sight.

So we changed... to JUMBO Seafood Restaurant instead.

Lotsa Cam-wHoring over dinner. I don't have that much pics.

Ha-ha.

Few pieces were already served. Apparently, I'm busy eating! ha-ha.
It's prawns with Salted Egg Yolk thingy.

I still remembered the other day when I was having dinner with my ex-colleagues from SGH... They ordered Sweet Potato or Yam or something similar, battered with salted egg yolk too. And I remembered CLEARLY. I was telling Evelyn this:

This dish reminds me of my dog 'cos it smells like my dog. Exact same smell!

And yes this Prawn dish with salted egg yolk... has similar taste.
And that very moment. I think of my dog again. Opps.

Okays. Back to yesterday's dinner.

Lemme explain... Again, i was busy eating.
HA-HA. so i din took the full dish photo and when i realised it,
The plate's like 1/2 gone. So i took what's served to me by buddy.
Buddy kept serving me food. So paiseh. Ha-ha... Thanks O!

Then came the noodles... Which buddy asked them to distribute before serving.

We did had a good time laughin' about the past though.

After dinner, we walked over to Mohammed Sultan.

We head to have Wine. Saw Chua En Lai there...

It did taste better though.

It's supposed to be chillin' out but the wine makes me sweat.
anyways, we chilled till 1 or slightly past 1.
Then head home while Jen, Keke and Jieying went on for partying.

Well, I decided to skip class to attend his bday dinner!

couple weeks back?
Settled at Indulgz.

Hmmm... I would say, the food there is..
not too bad?

And i JUST read xiaxue's blog.
i feel so irritated!
ha-ha. I should hav read yesterday!
Cos she was doin an advertorial for Indulgz!
could hav gotten some idea of how it's like there before hand.

Anyways, yeah, met up wif jo and mq.
together wif jieying and of coz kenny boi and his frens.

Indulgz's a casual-fine class dining bristro by the way.

u'll have a better idea.

Well, was starvin all the way!
i reached bugis at around 620 or so and went window shopping.
was actually lookin out for dress to wear on Jerlane and Susan's wedding.
Almost back to back. jus 2 days difference.
but failed to find any.
almost gotten a tube dress. but din really look v nice after some time?

the food was like taking forever to come!!!

anyways, i had Crab Chowder. for soup choice:



It's rich. I would say.

BUT... jo had a better choice!

I was telling the guys that, slipper lobster's jus the higher class name for
CRAYFISH. AKA 'Hei-Po' in hokkien!
ha-ha.

it's not that bad. But after seeing xiaxue's post,
i kinda tot, i should have ordered the ribeye steak instead!
BUT, it's really not tat bad. 1 and a half slipper lobster.
2 pieces of thick scallops.
and i love the sauce!

After the main course, it was cake and candle blowin session!
MQ ordered a chocolatety cake from AWFULLY CHOCOLATE!
both kenny n i were talkin about how tempting it looks from 8 days.
Darn. and he's having it for bday!

went to Hg mall library to return books and tried to borrow books.
i said tried. coz the cataloge states that there IS the book in the library.
Not on loan.
But i search for a long time but can't find any. 3 books!
all can't find.
so i gave up and walked home.

went to pass 10 yr series to Liangshao's mum and get the phone termination fees
then proceeded to meet kenny.

so smelt awful. but i finally found it yesterday!

after rounds of walking, we headed to Kim Gary for dinner.

It's a little bat. Well, it was in the ladies at my workplace.
quietly slping on a rainy day.
I was still crapping with Kenny that it mus be a male bat.
Coz it preferred to slp in a LADIES.

Well, last wkend or rather, Saturday, was like one memorable great day for me ever since he left.


Early in the morning gave sista MANY i swear MANY calls to wake her up.
she asked me to! not i disturb her beauty slp.
SHE VERY HARD TO WAKE!
Lols. she's so gonnna kill me. =x


Met her at Rocher, she went to bank with me.
Helped me settled this sem's sch fees.
Went to pray pray too.
we went walking ard bugis after that.
Well, she brought me to eat Sakae Teppanyaki.
food was nice. and we both liked MEDIUM RARE BEEF.
still remembered the chef's look when buddy told him she wans her beef to be done medium rare.
He can't really believed. and asked repeatedly.
ha-ha. nice chef though. at least he wans to make sure we would enjoy the food.
he even bothered to ask if it was okay and if the food was nice.


after brunch, we went magazine shopping then to mooncake shopping.
of coz i bcame the tester with alot of comments!
i bet the sales girl from Bakerzinn HATES ME!
Coz i told buddy not to buy right in front of her!
well, buddy wans to buy it for me. i told not to cos i dun eat those flavours wat!
why waste money?!


after she bought her share for her boss, i followed her home.
supposed to go home and go help ah dar prepare for the evening bbq.
but buddy tot she might wan to accompany me to the bbq so...
yeah, i went home wif her lors.


but b4 she reached home, she went buy 4D... and she bought some scratch n win cards...





and after scratching my first....





YEAH! I WON! $4.00. lols.
well first time winning from such stuff!
after the rain stopped, i went to her office with her in far away pandan loop.

and we scratch some more there!
and in total, we won $11.00.


haha. buddy gave me all the winnings and so i redeemed them today.
after buddy's done with her offerings, she accompanied me to wlny bbq at the
SUPER ULU SPOT in Pasir Ris.
had some fun there.
but set off at 10 plus to sing Kay Tee Bee.
sang till 2 plus.
we left early coz we were both FREAKING COLD.
we were taking pics and vids of each other's singing

went back to bud's place for the nite.

it wasn't gd. in fact. it was bad.

life's really bad.
even now, it's not as gd.
but i'm trying to make it better.

Anyways, i hope, Sep is a brand new month, a brand new start.
I stopped crying to my own amaze last night.

i've been crying bitterly ever since he left.
but i guess, the pains really not that painful nows.
