Gotten the news that Boiler's Manager, Shah, is serving his last day tonite.
Gosh. I'm actually feeling quite sad about it.
He's been so much of a great help.

i still remember vaguely.
my first visit to SJPS.
2007.
A guy extended his hand to me.
asking me to go up the podium aka bench table then, in the 'old' boiler.
The heart warming smile of a cute guy in vest.
yeah, that's him.
Shah.

My 'faithful' visits to BR every weekend since 2008
was never too much of a success without him.
He's been meeting customer needs, always smiley as always.

Last year's bday celebration was another memorable event.
where i was offered a flaming drink.
Waterfall or Lambo? i have no idea.
from him. gosh.
it felt like just yesterday.

with my weekly last min requests.
complicated/confusing orders.
he never fail to meet them.
how nice of a manager he is.
It's such a pity that i'll not be able to see his heart warming smile
by the entrance after tonite.

felt kinda bad over the smashed cake issue last sat.
hafta apologise to him tonite.
sighs.
i'm so gonnna miss him a great deal.
Shah, you've been one of the best managers i've met!

Okay. Belated now!

was getting a lil' emo on friday nite watching MJ tribute on Chnl 5.
didn't finish the entire concert even though i could.
cause baby's tired. and he's doozing off.
and the more i watch, i guess i'll feel more sad.
so might as well jus off the tv.
MJ rest in my heart. in peace.

woke up at 7 on sat.
laundried. yeah the muthafuking old hag upstairs is still dripping!
well i was busy so i decided to ignore her.
cos i had to bathe fluffy.
went out to meet baby at around 11 plus?
baby had the day ended early cos he OT-ed few weeks back.
so he was allowed to go home after he's done with work.
finished at 1 instead of the usual 3pm.

saw this 2 big dogs at chinatown while baby was doing his delivery.



gosh. they looked so tame.
enjoying the uncle's ruffling and pats.
so nice!
i was so tempted to go down.
but didn't.

went home to nap after work finished... for the big night!
GF's bday at boiler.
my biggest arrangement and order so far.
5 tables with 10 bottles of alchohol and 1 beer tower.
but. none belong to me!
haha.
i'm jus doing the logistics. as usual.

HAHA.
went for crab downstairs.

i swear i didn't eat the crab ever since i moved in till yesterday.
haha. they were shocked.
but it's true!
anyway, dinner and chit chat session was great.
am feeling thankful they didn't mind baby's existence.
and baby's perfectly fine with it too.

Significant date a year ago.

25 June 2009, was the day.
Music biggest influence, the King of Pop,
passed away.

Now that a year has passed,
does anyone remember this day?

This is it was supposed to be his final curtain call.
but we never got to catch it.
MJ's final curtain call never made it.
Does this means that he's never supposed to say goodbye?

A movie - documentary was put on the large screen instead.
I was glad and never did regret that i caught it twice.
I am glad that i lived in this time
that i have actually got the chance to know of him.
to hear of the great music he has given to the world.
and his contribution to pop music.
and of course his dance moves.

Somehow, i still feel a pinch of pain whenever i recall the news of his passing broke.
I still remember i was in the office at IMH.
thinking it was a hoax.
i couldn't believed it until i read it myself over the news
and heard it all over radio.
RIP MJ.
You will lived in our hearts.
Thank you for everything that you have given and contributed to this world.
the love you have will always be remembered.

first nite i woke up on thursday morning to realise my phone died.
and this morning, only 20% battery life left!

Anyway, had a fulfilling dinner last nite.
Dinner at Astons Express - AMK.
I had Prime Ribeye Medium Rare.
I have to comment this. My Ribeye was done very nicely!
evening grill throughout.

seems like it's been quite sometime since i had such nicely grilled medium rare beef.
The thickness was there.
Yummy.
am actually looking forward to eat again.
haha.

but at the same time, baby and i had also book appointment for dental consultation at De Pacific.
If everything's alrite
we are going to xtract our wisdom tooth soon.
means no beef for at least 1 wk. =S

we'll see about that...

Got pressie for SL aka GF already.

A lil' busy at work today.
Not really busy as in alot of things to do.
But am managing things on hand on the ball.
Just nice.

Well. XP says we're meeting for makan later at our Lao Di Fang.
yay.
Yesterday was rainy day whole day... office was cold.
even the air outside was cold.

Was discussing our ruin movie plans with baby.
We have quite some movies we wanna catch but due to time constraint
we've gotta missed some =(
besides they are going off screen soon.

We caught Marmaduke yesterday after thinking that we both love dogs and there's a great time slot at AMK Hub.




Not too bad a movie thought not that fantastic.
the dogs are really cute. haha.
Prior to that we went 'shopping'
Baby's jeans tore so we quickly shopped for jeans and more polo tees (for work) at Giodarno like 30 mins before show starts.
Quite productive. 1 Jeans, 2 Polo. $69.00.

Even went to alter the jeans after movie. =)
and baby had his virgin Subway for dinner.
Yay. I so missed eating subway lor!
fufilling nite we had.
i like this kind of feeling. like dating.
we should do this more often.

I know we are in a relationship but we don't 'date' much!
it's always dinner after work then home.
so... i thought this makes me feel better. heh.

forgotten to blog on friday.
why?
Because, while trying to find tips for my iphone game
i found the game itself on the net!
and i was playing it the entire morning from 8-9am.
I missed my 'slping' hour.
haha.

Sat.. woke up at 7.
cause baby didn't go home slp.
thank goodness i didn't arrange to go anywhere.
otherwise i would have been a plane flyer. lol.
went to do laundry early in the morning to avoid the mad dripping from my neighbour above.
BUT. despite me doing it so early.
the muthafuker also did the laundry that early.
and this time the dripping was WORSE.
It goes like this...
initially when i jus moved over, they only have dripping wet laundry at the front of the bamboo pole (near to the window).
So, to avoid that, i have to lessen one shirt space.
but as days goes by, it doesn't stop dripping.
every saturday the dripping continues!
Until just past sat, it got so bad!
what was dripping was totally WET. towel, slping pants and BEDSHEET.
DRIPPING WET.
i was muthafuking angry i couldn't stop complaining.
mum woke up and went up to tell them to keep in.
she said an old uncle opened the door and said he will keep them in.
BUT. THEY DIDN'T.
good luck to them, baby called and wanted to pick me up.
hence i was rushing to meet him, i had to dry my laundry indoors.
NEXT TIME, it won't end jus like tat.
since you have already said you will, make sure u do it!

Acc. baby till he finished work... from beach road to chinatown,
from chinatown to clementi, from clementi to pandan then to jurong.
i was so slpy. opps. 2nd trip was all ard the east.
thankfully, no OT.
Went home, and nap quickly after shower.

Woke up at about 6.30, walk the dogs and prep.
met up with Adels, Clarence and Adel's colleagues for dinner.

haha. then over to boiler.
went home after show ended.

Sunday, went to RWS Hard Rock for mum's DND.
didn't feel like going cos was so frustrated about how to get there.
best, mum didn't leave me any card or address or anything.
no time either.
baby manage to figure out that we should ride to st james and cab it.
thankfully.
service was poor initially. but along the mid course, service got better.
I wonder was it because the supervisor saw that the staff was all dreaming...
and guess what, mum and dad was dancing malay dance on stage.
it's not jus malay dance. it's a remix which change to nobody!
and the dance instructor was....
nobody other than my hot diva, ALIA!
OMG. haha what a small world.
in fact, i didn't recognise her.
she walked over (she was seated next table only!) and tapped on my shoulder.
i stared at her... wondering who is she with a relatively familiar face.
she was fully clad in a traditional malay costume.
I have been seeing her in hot performing wears. nv before a baju pls.
the she said: Alia.
and i go.. OH. Oh! What are you doing here?!
haha. then she asked me too.
and i told her my mum... the short short one.. haha.
then she asked... aunty Irene? I said yayayaya.

the event was not bad.

didn't know BWL grew so much...

been a busy weekend.

Mad rush for wedding dinner.
Almost went to the wrong Furama.
Luckily.... we double check the invitation cards before setting off.
It's Riverfront and not City Center.
Went to the wrong ballroom.
strangely, we pressed level 5 but doors opened at level 3 and we both walked out.

we were 'late'. as indicated on the card, 7.30pm.
BUT. we were one of the few early birds.

Dinner only started at 9.
I was famished. almost got gastric already.

dinner was. okay.
went back. slpt late. (dinner started late wat).
sat, woke up early with baby.
he went to work. i'm up doing laundry and stuff.
baby picked me up at abt 12 plus.
went for lunch and acc. him worked.
and he had to OT. damn. worked till 5 = full day on sat.

went to da zi's grandma's wake at night.
went home at 3am.
sunday was all at home day. sighs.
